Talk to the Sky
Last updated: August 2026
Talk to the Sky is an AI text-message assistant operated by Ryan Sajdak (Sole Proprietor), Buffalo, NY, USA ("we," "us"). By opting in and texting the Talk to the Sky number, you ("you," the subscriber) agree to these terms.
You send a question or request by SMS and receive an AI-generated reply. Replies are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on Talk to the Sky in an emergency — contact emergency services directly. Talk to the Sky is not a safety or SOS device.
You opt in by submitting your mobile number on our website, or by texting the
number directly. We may send a one-time confirmation message. You can opt out at
any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.
Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Talk to the Sky is currently free to use. There is no subscription and no charge for sending questions or receiving replies. If you would like to support the service you may leave a voluntary tip (for example via Buy Me a Coffee), but a tip is entirely optional and is not required to use the service. Message and data charges from your mobile carrier are separate and are your responsibility.
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to request or generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content, to impersonate others, or to send unsolicited or automated messages. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or to comply with carrier or legal requirements.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the prior three months.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
